The hotel offers spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable, although there were some initial delays with room readiness and noise from the plant room. The service was friendly, but there were minor hiccups with staff being occupied at times. The location, while beautiful, was a bit far from the city center. The dining experience had a fantastic selection catering to various dietary needs, but the facilities had some cleanliness issues in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were left uncleaned, which was very disappointing, and the overall standard was more basic than expected for a 4-star hotel. However, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although an extra chair would have been nice. The lack of personal touch, like a congratulatory message for our special occasion, was truly shocking compared to other experiences.
The hotel rooms were very spacious and spotless, and surprisingly quiet despite some families around. Although booking a double room might not guarantee a large enough bed, the overall experience was lovely with great surprises.
